Chinese-made membrane presses are widely used in furniture workshops, and original spare parts for them often take a long time to source. We manufacture worn parts such as pins, pin plates and covers from a dimension or a sample, so the press goes back into production without waiting.

The pin plate is the carrier plate that holds the pins flat and correctly positioned. Flatness and seat accuracy are critical; we manufacture deformed or worn plates to original dimensions and regrind/renew where needed. The plate size is usually determined by the foil/laminate width.
