Membrane Press Spare Parts Manufacturing — Pins & Bushings

Membrane press pins, bushings & table spares: 15 families, 150 types. ⌀1–20 mm, ±0.01 mm tolerance, steel/stainless/brass. Get a quote from your drawing.

Manufacturing Scope

Membrane press spares are the wear elements that carry and locate the workpiece in MDF veneering, door and furniture pressing, and vacuum-membrane presses; running under constant pressure and heat, they are renewed on a regular cycle. Our catalog covers 15 families and 150 types: Pin-Table Pin, Press Pin, Guide Pin, Spring and Magnetic Pin Body, Threaded Table Pin, Knurled Push-Fit Pin, Hexagonal Guide Pin, plus Adjustment, Guide, Felt, Reduction and Flanged Guide bushings. They can be made in steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminum. Parts are machined on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across a ⌀1–20 mm diameter range, holding h6/H7 on fitting surfaces and ±0.01 mm precision. From a sample, technical drawing or dimensioned sketch we produce any of the 150 catalog types or a fully custom part to your exact size; share the dimensions and we reply with a quote and lead time.

Across 150 variants the operation mix is 42× thread turning, 22× hex flat milling, 82× axial bore, 19× taper turning, 15× knurling. Parts run 6–81 mm long; the longest, MEMA-BSP-12 at 81 mm, still finishes in a single setup.

Tolerances span 6 classes (6g, h6, h7, h8, m6, n6) and 150 variants carry a DIN or ISO reference. The highest length-to-diameter ratio in the category belongs to MEMA-DTP-03 at L/D 7.3 — slender enough to need tailstock support on a conventional lathe.

Every part is CNC-turned to your drawing — series, small batches and custom turned parts. Send your drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP) for a quote.

Parts are turned in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. Starting from bar stock we machine the diameter, steps, taper, knurl and any required thread, holding h6/H7 tolerance on fitting surfaces and ±0.01 mm precision. A sample, technical drawing or dimensioned sketch is enough to start production.
