Manufacturing Scope

Membrane press spares are the wear elements that carry and locate the workpiece in MDF veneering, door and furniture pressing, and vacuum-membrane presses; running under constant pressure and heat, they are renewed on a regular cycle. Our catalog covers 15 families and 150 types: Pin-Table Pin, Press Pin, Guide Pin, Spring and Magnetic Pin Body, Threaded Table Pin, Knurled Push-Fit Pin, Hexagonal Guide Pin, plus Adjustment, Guide, Felt, Reduction and Flanged Guide bushings. Frequently Asked Questions

How are membrane press pins manufactured?

Parts are turned in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. Starting from bar stock we machine the diameter, steps, taper, knurl and any required thread, holding h6/H7 tolerance on fitting surfaces and ±0.01 mm precision. A sample, technical drawing or dimensioned sketch is enough to start production.

Which materials do you use?

Steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum are the standard options. We match the material to the working environment: stainless for corrosion and humidity, brass for lubricity and easy machining, aluminum where light weight matters. If a different alloy is required, we can source and machine it.

What tolerances do you work to?

On fitting surfaces we typically use h6/H7 and work to ±0.01 mm precision. For parts needing tighter tolerances, simply note the requirement on the technical drawing and we plan the dimensions and surface finish accordingly.

Do you make custom sizes outside the catalog?

Yes. Alongside the 150 catalog types, we produce fully custom parts to your exact size within the ⌀3–20 mm range. Send a sample, technical drawing or hand sketch; we confirm the dimensions and put it into production.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

Quantities are flexible: we produce from a single sample to serial batches, and price is on request based on material and quantity. We have manufactured in Düzce since 2009 and serve both domestic and export orders. Once you share the dimensions, we send the quote together with a firm lead time.
