Manufacturing Scope
Nozzles are precision, rotationally symmetric components that spray, atomize or direct the flow of liquid, air or grease in a controlled way. They serve automotive, agricultural spraying, paint and coating lines, food filling, lubrication and oil systems, and coolant circuits, where performance depends heavily on micron-level accuracy in orifice diameter, cone angle and internal geometry. This category holds 14 families and 132 types in total: Conical Spray Nozzle, Mist Nozzle, Fan Nozzle, Tapered Jet Nozzle, Multi-Hole Nozzle, Hollow-Cone Nozzle, Air-Atomizing Nozzle, Lubrication Nozzle, Dosing Tip, Air Blow Tip, Coolant Nozzle, Fill Nozzle, Mist Nozzle and Grease Nozzle. They are turned from steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum, typically to h6/H7 diameter tolerances and, where required, ±0.01 mm profile accuracy. Machining is completed in a single setup on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe across a ⌀5–19.6 mm range. Threading defines this category: 124 of the 132 variants (94%) carry a thread. The full operation mix is 124× thread turning, 112× hex flat milling, 132× axial bore, 88× taper turning, 8× knurling, all of it completed in one setup on parts 13–67 mm long.
Everything here is held to 2 tolerance classes (6g, h7), and 100% of the variants map to a DIN or ISO standard. The highest length-to-diameter ratio in the category belongs to NOZB-AIR-04 at L/D 4 — the slimmest proportion here, still within reach of a conventional lathe.

Part Families
We turn them in a single operation from ⌀5–19.6 mm bar stock on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe. The cone angle, seat face and orifice are machined repeatably thanks to the sliding-headstock lathe's high concentricity; small holes and cross-drillings are added with live tooling and secondary drilling. First-article and in-process dimensions are checked throughout the run.
