Nozzle Manufacturing — CNC Swiss-Type Turning

Spray, mist, fan, air-atomizing and dosing nozzles: 14 families, 132 types. CNC-turned to ⌀5–19.6 mm and ±0.01 mm. Steel, stainless, brass; custom parts and quote.

Manufacturing Scope

Nozzles are precision, rotationally symmetric components that spray, atomize or direct the flow of liquid, air or grease in a controlled way. They serve automotive, agricultural spraying, paint and coating lines, food filling, lubrication and oil systems, and coolant circuits, where performance depends heavily on micron-level accuracy in orifice diameter, cone angle and internal geometry. This category holds 14 families and 132 types in total: Conical Spray Nozzle, Mist Nozzle, Fan Nozzle, Tapered Jet Nozzle, Multi-Hole Nozzle, Hollow-Cone Nozzle, Air-Atomizing Nozzle, Lubrication Nozzle, Dosing Tip, Air Blow Tip, Coolant Nozzle, Fill Nozzle, Mist Nozzle and Grease Nozzle. They are turned from steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum, typically to h6/H7 diameter tolerances and, where required, ±0.01 mm profile accuracy. Machining is completed in a single setup on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe across a ⌀5–19.6 mm range. Send us your technical drawing or a sample and we will prepare custom manufacturing and a quote based on dimension, material and quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you manufacture spray and atomizing nozzles?

We turn them in a single operation from ⌀5–19.6 mm bar stock on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe. The cone angle, seat face and orifice are machined repeatably thanks to the sliding-headstock lathe's high concentricity; small holes and cross-drillings are added with live tooling and secondary drilling. First-article and in-process dimensions are checked throughout the run.

Which materials do you use for nozzles?

Steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum are our standard options. Stainless steel suits corrosive or chemical-spraying environments, brass offers good thermal/electrical conductivity and machinability, and aluminum is chosen for light weight. Tell us your operating environment and we will recommend a material.

What tolerances and accuracy do you work to?

Diameter tolerances are typically at the h6/H7 level, with accuracy down to ±0.01 mm on critical surfaces and profiles where needed. Orifice diameter, cone angle and surface finish are machined and inspected against the values on your technical drawing.

Can you make custom sizes and geometries?

Yes. Beyond the 132 standard types, we produce custom orifice diameters, cone angles, threads and connection geometries from a drawing or sample. Any size up to ⌀20 mm (the SW-20 ceiling) can be evaluated.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

We have run contract Swiss-turning in Düzce, Turkey since 2009 and are flexible from small prototype batches to high-volume series. Exact minimum quantity, lead time and price are confirmed at the quote stage based on dimension, material and volume. We serve both domestic and export orders.
