Manufacturing Scope
Fittings are connectors that join two elements in pneumatic, hydraulic and fluid lines without leaking. In this category we produce 133 types across 14 part families: push-in fitting bodies, quick-connect male ends, air-line nipples, blanking plugs, straight fitting nipples, banjo fitting bolts, barbed hose tails, hydraulic straight nipples, reducing nipples, banjo bolts, tapered fitting ends, compression fittings, bulkhead (panel-pass) unions and knurled push-fit nipples. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium; on sealing faces and threads we typically hold ±0.01 mm to h6/H7 class. Every part is turned in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across a ⌀7–19.6 mm range (machine ceiling ⌀20 mm), so complex geometries — threads, hex wrench flats, knurls and tapered seats — come off the machine finished. Beyond the 133 catalog types, we also make custom sizes to your drawing. The process is simple: send a technical drawing or sample and receive a quote by material and quantity.

How are your fittings manufactured?
Parts are CNC-turned on a Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. Bar stock is fed continuously, and threads, hex wrench flats, knurls, tapered seats and through-bores are machined in a single set-up. This delivers repeatable tolerances and consistent surface quality across production runs.
Which materials do you make fittings from?
We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Brass suits pneumatic and decorative connectors, stainless steel is chosen where corrosion resistance matters, steel handles high-pressure hydraulic lines, and aluminium is used where weight matters. We can select the material together based on your working pressure and environment.
What tolerances and precision do you work to?
On sealing faces and fit diameters we typically hold ±0.01 mm to h6/H7 class. Metric threads are cut to the required class (e.g. 6g/6H). For critical dimensions we set the tolerance class according to the values on your technical drawing.
Do you produce custom-size fittings?
Yes. The 133 catalog types are ready references; beyond them we produce custom thread, taper, bulkhead and reducing geometries within the ⌀7–19.6 mm range to your drawing or sample. For connections with no standard equivalent, we can also help prepare the drawing.
How are price and lead time determined?
Pricing is quote-based; we don't publish fixed figures online because unit cost varies with material, geometry and quantity. When you send a technical drawing or sample, we quote by material and quantity. We have manufactured from Düzce, Türkiye since 2009 and serve both domestic and export orders.
