Automotive Precision Parts — CNC Swiss Lathe Manufacturing
Injector pins, valve tappets, bearing bushings and more: ⌀1–20 mm automotive precision parts machined in steel, stainless, brass and aluminum to ±0.01 mm. 128
Manufacturing Scope
Automotive precision parts are small-diameter turned components in engine, fuel, braking and sensor systems that must fit together to within microns. This category covers 14 families and 128 types: injector pins, valve tappets, rocker and camshaft pins, bearing bushings, piston gudgeon pins, valve guides, sensor bodies, ABS pins, connector pins, adjusting screws, brake piston tips, spacer bushings and valve stems. The parts are machined for automotive suppliers, engine reconditioners and equipment makers in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Depending on function we hold fit classes such as h6/H7 and tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, with surface hardening and low Ra roughness where required. Every part is CNC-turned on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe in the ⌀1–20 mm bar range, in a single setup. Alongside the 128 standard types we also produce custom sizes from your technical drawing. The process is simple: send a drawing or sample, and we quote by material and quantity.
Across 128 variants the operation mix is 32× thread turning, 22× hex flat milling, 63× axial bore, 29× taper turning, 8× knurling. Parts run 8–60 mm long; the longest, OTOA-VLK-16 at 60 mm, still finishes in a single setup.
Tolerances span 8 classes (6g, H7, h6, h7, h8, h9, js9, s6) and 121 variants carry a DIN or ISO reference. The highest length-to-diameter ratio in the category belongs to OTOA-INJ-04L at L/D 9 — slender enough to need tailstock support on a conventional lathe.
Every part is CNC-turned to your drawing — series, small batches and custom turned parts. Send your drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP) for a quote.
Part Families
All parts are produced on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe. A sliding-headstock lathe cuts the bar right next to the guide bushing, which reduces deflection on long, slender parts; that is what makes tight tolerances and low surface roughness achievable on pins, bushings and shafts in the ⌀1–20 mm range.
