Manufacturing Scope
Automotive precision parts are small-diameter turned components in engine, fuel, braking and sensor systems that must fit together to within microns. This category covers 14 families and 128 types: injector pins, valve tappets, rocker and camshaft pins, bearing bushings, piston gudgeon pins, valve guides, sensor bodies, ABS pins, connector pins, adjusting screws, brake piston tips, spacer bushings and valve stems. The parts are machined for automotive suppliers, engine reconditioners and equipment makers in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Depending on function we hold fit classes such as h6/H7 and tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, with surface hardening and low Ra roughness where required. Every part is CNC-turned on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe in the ⌀3–20 mm bar range, in a single setup. Alongside the 128 standard types we also produce custom sizes from your technical drawing. The process is simple: send a drawing or sample, and we quote by material and quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which machine do you use to make automotive precision parts?
All parts are produced on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe. A sliding-headstock lathe cuts the bar right next to the guide bushing, which reduces deflection on long, slender parts; that is what makes tight tolerances and low surface roughness achievable on pins, bushings and shafts in the ⌀3–20 mm range.
Which materials do you work with?
Free-cutting and alloy steels, stainless steel (304/316 and similar), brass and aluminum are machined as standard. We advise on material based on the part's operating environment, steering you toward stainless or brass for corrosion, wear or conductivity needs. We also evaluate requests for special alloys.
What tolerances and precision can you achieve?
Depending on function we hold fit classes such as h6/H7 and tolerances typically around ±0.01 mm. For mating parts like bearing bushings and pins we confirm the assembly fit together from your drawing. Surface hardening and low Ra roughness values are provided where required.
Do you make custom sizes beyond the 128 standard types?
Yes. The 128 types are a reference; actual production follows your technical drawing. Within the ⌀3–20 mm range we manufacture custom parts to the dimensions, tolerances and material you specify. We can also reverse-dimension from a sample or a worn original part.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
We have manufactured in Düzce, Turkey since 2009 and handle both prototype/sample quantities and series orders, with no fixed minimum imposed. Lead time depends on part complexity, material sourcing and quantity, and is stated clearly in the quote. Pricing is quote-based; we ship domestically and export.
