Manufacturing Scope
Spacers and standoffs are precision turned parts that set a fixed axial distance between two surfaces, distribute bolt load and align stacked assemblies. They are widely used in PCB and electronic enclosure assembly, sensor and actuator groups, hydraulic-pneumatic blocks and general machine building. Our catalog covers 16 families and 173 variants: cylindrical and bored spacer washers, thin shims, wide-flange and stepped washers, threaded, hexagonal and knurled spacers; M/M (male-male), M/F (male-female) and F/F (female-female) hex standoffs, round threaded standoffs, PCB spacers, shouldered PCB standoffs, knurled insulation spacers and tapered-tip locating standoffs. We offer steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Parts are machined on a Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe across a ⌀3–20 mm diameter range, holding h8–h11 on outer diameters and 6H/6g on threads. Sizes outside the catalog are custom-produced, and we quote from a technical drawing or sample.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are spacers and standoffs manufactured?
Parts are machined in a single setup on a Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe. Sliding-headstock turning reduces deflection on slender bodies, so we hold h8–h11 on outer diameters, 6H/6g on threads and a low surface finish; bore, internal/external thread, shoulder and knurl are completed in one clamping.
Which materials can you machine?
We work steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum as standard. PCB and insulation parts are typically brass or aluminum, while stainless steel is chosen where corrosion resistance matters. We help select the right material for your application.
What diameter and tolerance range do you cover?
The SW-20 has a ⌀20 mm diameter ceiling; we produce the spacer families across a ⌀3–20 mm range. We hold h8–h11 on outer diameters and 6H/6g on internal and external threads as standard, and we review tighter tolerances or special geometry from your drawing.
Do you make custom, non-catalog spacers and standoffs?
Yes. The 173-variant catalog is a starting point; we manufacture to custom length, diameter, thread pitch, shoulder and knurl details. Simply share your technical drawing (PDF/STEP) or a sample.
How are price and lead time determined?
Pricing is quotation-based; we do not publish fixed prices on the site. Price and lead time depend on material, quantity, tolerance and surface treatment. Send us the drawing and we prepare a costed quote quickly.
