Threaded Plate Pin is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–12 mm, lengths 22–64 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-DTP-12 at 64 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (7 sizes from M3 to M12) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is MEMA-DTP-03: 22 mm long at ⌀3 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 7.3. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is MEMA-DTP-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest MEMA-DTP-12 (⌀12 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
