Manufacturing Scope
Medical and dental parts are dimension-critical turned components that carry load in surgical instruments and implant systems. This category covers 15 families and 151 types for orthopaedics, traumatology and implant dentistry: smooth surgical pin, trocar tip, bone-screw pilot pin, external fixator pin, guidewire and K-wire driver pin, cannulated guide pin, implant abutment, abutment screw, dental pin, implant analog, calibration gauge, micro bushing, model dowel pin and scan body. Materials are chosen per application from 316L-grade stainless steel, brass, aluminium and alloy steel. Parts are turned on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across a ⌀0.8–19.6 mm diameter band, in a single bar-fed setup; standard tolerance runs h5–h8 / H7, with ±0.01 mm targeted on critical diameters. We produce special geometries including ISO 5838 trocar profiles, cannulated bores and M1–M4 internal/external threads. Alongside the 151 catalog types, we machine custom parts to your drawing or sample; the process runs on a technical-drawing plus quotation flow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which medical and dental parts do you machine?
We produce 15 families and 151 types: smooth surgical pin, trocar tip, bone-screw pilot pin, external fixator pin, guidewire and K-wire driver pin, cannulated guide pin, implant abutment, abutment screw, dental pin, implant analog, calibration gauge, micro bushing, model dowel pin and scan body. Sizes outside the catalog are made to your drawing.
What materials do you use?
Depending on application we machine 316L-grade stainless steel, brass, aluminium and alloy steel. Body-contact families such as surgical pins, trocars and abutments are mostly stainless; analogs and micro bushings are brass; scan bodies are aluminium; model dowel pins are steel.
What tolerances and precision do you hold?
Standard tolerance is h5–h8 and H7; ±0.01 mm is targeted on critical diameters. The guide bushing of the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe keeps deflection minimal on slender, long parts. Standard geometries such as ISO 5838 and cannulated bores are applied on request.
Do you make custom sizes and geometries?
Yes. Send a technical drawing, dimensioned sketch or sample; within the ⌀0.8–19.6 mm band we make cannulated bores, conical tips, M1–M4 threads and custom profiles. The 151 catalog types are a starting point — production is largely custom work.
How are price and lead time determined?
Pricing is quote-based, set by material, tolerance, geometry and quantity; no fixed figures are published on the site. Send your drawing by WhatsApp or e-mail and we typically respond within 24 hours with a quote and estimated lead time. We have manufactured in Düzce since 2009 and ship domestically and for export.
