Manufacturing Scope
Fasteners are threaded precision-turned parts that removably join two components in machinery, mold, automotive and general assembly work. This category holds 16 families and 171 types: DIN 912 socket head cap screws, DIN 84 cheese head screws, DIN 7991 countersunk screws, DIN 914 cone-point, DIN 913 flat-point and DIN 915 dog-point set screws, DIN 939 studs, double-end and long studs, flanged, chamfered-end and shoulder bolts, plus knurled thumb screws. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium; on outer diameters and threads we hold h6/H7 class and, where required, tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, controlling end chamfers and knurls. Every part is turned on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe within a ⌀3–20 mm bar range in a single setup. Beyond the 171 standard types we also produce custom sizes from a technical drawing or a sample. Pricing is by quotation: send your drawing or sample and we prepare a quote based on dimensions, tolerance and quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are these fasteners manufactured?
Parts are turned from bar stock on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe. The guide bushing keeps deflection minimal on slender, long parts, and threads, end chamfers and knurls are machined in one setup. This gives high repeatability and dimensional stability on socket screws, set screws and studs.
Which materials do you work with?
We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Material is chosen by application: stainless for corrosive environments, brass for conductivity or appearance, aluminium for light weight, steel for general strength. We confirm the exact grade with you during the quotation stage.
What diameters and tolerances do you cover?
Since the SW-20 tops out at ⌀20 mm, we produce within a ⌀3–20 mm bar range. h6/H7 class is standard on outer diameters and fit surfaces; on critical dimensions we hold ±0.01 mm and can supply a measurement report. Thread standard (metric/DIN) and tolerance class follow your technical drawing.
Do you make custom sizes or non-standard bolts?
Yes. Alongside the 171 standard types we produce custom dimensions, threads, point styles and head forms from a drawing or a sample. If you have no drawing, we measure your sample and reproduce it. Our workshop in Düzce has done precision turning since 2009.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Prototypes and samples start at a single piece; for series work the unit price drops as quantity rises. Lead time depends on material supply, quantity and part complexity, and is stated clearly in the quote. We serve both domestic and export orders.
