Hex Guide Bolt is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6.4–19.6 mm, lengths 26–63 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-AKP-10 at 63 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10), hex flat milling (AF 5.5–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀3–4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMA-AKP-05K: 43 mm long at ⌀9.2 mm, L/D 4.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is MEMA-AKP-03 (⌀6.4 mm) and the largest MEMA-AKP-10 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
