Spacer Pin is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–12 mm, lengths 12–42 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.

The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMB-DSP-08T at 42 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M4, M5, M6). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEMB-DSP-06T: 34 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 5.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h6, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is MEMB-DSP-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest MEMB-DSP-12 (⌀12 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
