Pin Manufacturing and CNC Swiss-Type Turning
146 CNC-turned pin types: DIN 7 dowel, taper, clevis and guide pins. ⌀2–20 mm, h6/H7 tolerance, steel/stainless/brass. Send your drawing for a quote.
Manufacturing Scope
Pins are precision cylindrical and tapered machine elements that align, locate, or transmit load between two parts. They are widely used in automotive, hydraulics-pneumatics, tooling, robotics, and general machinery. Our catalog spans 15 families and 146 types, including the DIN 7 dowel pin, ground precision pin, shouldered guide pin, DIN 1 taper pin, internally threaded taper pin, clevis pin, knurled press pin, hexagonal centering pin, sensor target pin, and rotary joint pin. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. On locating pins we hold h6 shaft and H7 bore tolerances, reaching ±0.01 mm on critical diameters. All parts are produced on the Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss-type lathe within a ⌀2–20 mm diameter range. Beyond the 146 cataloged types, we manufacture custom sizes to your technical drawing. The process begins when you send a drawing or sample; we then prepare a quote based on quantity and material.

Frequently Asked Questions
What diameter range do you produce pins in?
We produce from ⌀2 mm up to the Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss-type lathe ceiling of ⌀20 mm. This range covers all 146 cataloged types, from DIN 7 dowel pins to shouldered guide and taper pins.
Which materials do you manufacture pins from?
Steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum are our standard materials. Depending on the application we suggest stainless for corrosion, brass for conductivity or wear, or steel for strength, and we also process specific grades you supply or specify.
What tolerances and surface accuracy do you offer?
On locating pins we typically meet h6 shaft and H7 bore fits, reaching ±0.01 mm on critical diameters. Simply state the required tolerance class and surface roughness on your technical drawing.
Can you produce custom sizes or pins from my own drawing?
Yes. Beyond the 146 cataloged types, we manufacture custom sizes and profiles to your own technical drawing. Send a PDF/DWG/STEP file or a sample, as long as it stays within the ⌀2–20 mm range.
How do I find out the price and lead time?
Pricing is quote-based, determined by quantity, material, tolerance, and surface finish. Once you send your drawing or sample, we prepare a quote with price and lead time from our Düzce facility, operating since 2009; we also ship for export.
