Manufacturing Scope
Bearing and seal adapters are precision turned parts that axially position bearings on a shaft–housing assembly, seat inner and outer races, and hold the radial shaft seal. They are used in gearboxes, electric motors, pumps, automation modules and general machinery to set bearing clearance, apply preload and ensure sealing. This category covers 15 families and 139 types in total: bearing spacer rings, plain and stepped spacer rings, inner-race adapters, adjusting and knurled adjusting collars, hex distance spacers, threaded spacer bushings, bearing sleeves, seal housing sleeves, O-ring-grooved sealing rings, spacer and reducing sleeves, plus threaded and knurled seal sleeves. Material options are steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. ISO fits such as h7/h8/h9 on mating diameters and H8 on housing bores, ±0.01 mm precision, chamfers, knurling, M-threads (with DIN 76 thread runout) and O-ring grooves are produced in a single setup. Machining runs on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across the ⌀6.4–20 mm range. Beyond the 139 catalog types, we manufacture custom sizes from your technical drawing; requests with part code, material and quantity are priced on a quotation basis.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are bearing spacers and distance sleeves manufactured?
Parts are turned from bar stock in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. The bore, outer diameter, chamfer, knurling and any M-thread are machined in the same setup, preserving concentricity and surface quality. Standard fits are h7/h8, housing bores H8, with typical precision of ±0.01 mm. Dimensions can be optimised to match your bearing or seal catalog.
Which materials can I order?
We machine steel, stainless steel (304/316 grade), brass and aluminium. Steel is used for load-bearing spacers, stainless for corrosion, food or chemical environments, brass for hand-turned knurled collars and seal sleeves, and aluminium where light weight matters. We can select the material together based on the operating environment.
What tolerances do you work to?
We use ISO shaft tolerance h7 (precise) on bearing fits, h8/h9 on general spacer rings, H8 on seal and housing bores, and 6g/6H on threads. Typical dimensional precision is ±0.01 mm. Tighter tolerances and surface-roughness values for critical seating faces can be specified on your drawing.
Do you produce custom sizes from my own technical drawing?
Yes. The 139 standard types are a starting point; our core work is custom turned production from a drawing. Just send your PDF/STEP drawing with inner diameter, outer diameter, length, tolerance and material. We manufacture spacer, adjusting, reducing and seal sleeves to your dimensions within the ⌀6.4–20 mm range.
How are price and lead time determined?
Pricing is quotation-based; there are no fixed numbers on the site because price depends on material, tolerance, quantity and drawing complexity. Send the part code (e.g. RULA-ABL-06) or a drawing with material and quantity, and we usually reply within 24 hours with a firm quote and estimated lead time. We have manufactured in Düzce, Türkiye since 2009 and serve both domestic and export orders.
