Knurled Press-Fit Pin is a Membrane Press Spares family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–12 mm, lengths 20–62 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEMA-TGP-12 at 62 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is MEMA-TGP-03: 20 mm long at ⌀3 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 6.7. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to n6 tolerance; the smallest is MEMA-TGP-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest MEMA-TGP-12 (⌀12 mm). The family includes tapered, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
