Nuts & Thread Adapters Manufacturing — CNC Swiss-Turned Parts

126 types of nuts and thread adapters: dome, flanged, coupling, reducing nipples and bushings. CNC Swiss-turned in steel, stainless, brass at ⌀6–20 mm. Send a drawing for a quote.

Manufacturing Scope

Nuts and thread adapters are precision-turned fasteners that lock two components together or bridge different thread standards and diameters; they form the load-bearing joints in machinery, hydraulic-pneumatic systems, automotive and general assembly lines. This category spans 14 families and 126 types: dome (blind) nuts, standard hex spacer nuts, high nuts, coupling (extension) nuts, cylindrical threaded sleeves, flanged nuts, knurled thumb nuts, plus male-male reducing nipples, female-male thread adapters, hex transition nipples, female-female reducing bushings, tapered thread adapters, and hex-body and knurled transition nipples. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Pilot diameters and thread profiles are held to ISO tolerance classes such as h6/H7, with critical dimensions to ±0.01 mm. Production runs on a Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across the ⌀6–20 mm range, completing threading, drilling and hex milling in a single setup with driven tools. Alongside the 126 standard types we manufacture custom sizes to your drawing; send a dimension or drawing and we reply with a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

On which machine and diameter range do you manufacture nuts and adapters?

Production runs on a Goodway SW-20 CNC Swiss lathe across the ⌀6–20 mm bar range. Because the guide bushing supports the bar close to the cutting point, hex bodies, thin-walled dome nuts and long coupling nuts are turned with low deflection in a single setup. Threading, drilling and hex milling are completed in the same clamping using synchronized driven tools.

Which materials do you use for nuts and thread adapters?

We machine steel, stainless steel (304/316 grade), brass and aluminium. Steel suits load-bearing joints, stainless is chosen for corrosive environments, brass for electrical, plumbing and decorative use, and aluminium where weight matters. Material selection is finalized together during the quote stage based on your thread standard, operating environment and strength requirement.

What tolerances and thread accuracy do you work to?

We hold ISO tolerance classes such as h6/H7 on pilot and gauge diameters, and ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions. Metric thread profiles are cut to the appropriate class; on request, the fit of female-male adapters is verified with a gauge nut or bolt. State your tolerances on the drawing and we confirm feasibility before production.

Do you make custom sizes not in your catalogue?

Yes. The 126 standard types are a starting point; within the ⌀6–20 mm limit we produce to your own thread, wrench-size, length and flange dimensions. Send a technical drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP) or a dimensioned hand sketch; our team, machining at our Düzce workshop since 2009, reviews feasibility and returns a quote.

How do I get pricing and lead time?

Pricing is quotation-based; there is no fixed price list on the site because cost depends on material, quantity, tolerance and surface finish. Send your drawing with part type, material, quantity and tolerances via WhatsApp or email. We report lead time with the quote based on quantity and current workload, and we ship both domestically and for export.
