Manufacturing Scope

Bushings are cylindrical bearing elements that reduce friction and wear between two moving parts, center the shaft and carry the load; they are widely used in pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, conveyors, textile and automotive machinery. This category holds 15 families and 137 types: plain and flanged sleeve bushings, stepped bushings, thin-wall bushings, bronze sleeve bearings, graphite- and PTFE-lined bushings, knurled press-fit bushings, felt, insulation, reduction, lubricated and taper-clamp bushings. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Outer diameter and mating surfaces are held to h6/g6, the inner bearing bore to H7; on critical dimensions we hold ±0.01 mm precision. Every part is CNC-turned on our Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe within the ⌀6–20 mm range. Alongside the 137 catalog types, we also produce custom sizes from a technical drawing or sample. Which materials are the bushings made from?

We manufacture in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Brass and bronze-based alloys are common for sleeve bearings, stainless steel for corrosive environments, and aluminum where light weight matters. We help you choose the best option based on the application and the mating surface material.

What tolerances and precision do you work to?

Mating surfaces are held to h6/g6 and the inner bearing bore to H7; on critical dimensions we hold ±0.01 mm precision. Just state whether you need an interference, transition or clearance fit on the drawing. The Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe holds these tolerances consistently in a single setup.

Do you manufacture custom bushings?

Yes. Beyond the 137 catalog types, we produce custom bushings within the ⌀6–20 mm range from a technical drawing, an old part or a dimension sketch. Features such as flanges, steps, knurling, oil grooves and bores are machined to your part geometry.

Is there a minimum order quantity and what is the lead time?

We work from prototype or single parts up to series production and welcome small quantities. Lead time depends on material, tolerance and quantity; we give the exact figure at the quotation stage. Since 2009 we have manufactured at our workshop in Düzce, serving both domestic and export orders.
