Bushing Manufacturing — Plain, Flanged and Bronze Sleeve Bearings
⌀6–20 mm plain, flanged, bronze and PTFE-lined bushing manufacturing. 15 families, 137 types + custom sizes; steel, stainless, brass, aluminum. Send a drawing for a quote.
Manufacturing Scope
Bushings are cylindrical bearing elements that reduce friction and wear between two moving parts, center the shaft and carry the load; they are widely used in pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, conveyors, textile and automotive machinery. This category holds 15 families and 137 types: plain and flanged sleeve bushings, stepped bushings, thin-wall bushings, bronze sleeve bearings, graphite- and PTFE-lined bushings, knurled press-fit bushings, felt, insulation, reduction, lubricated and taper-clamp bushings. We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Outer diameter and mating surfaces are held to h6/g6, the inner bearing bore to H7; on critical dimensions we hold ±0.01 mm precision. Every part is CNC-turned on our Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe within the ⌀6–20 mm range. Alongside the 137 catalog types, we also produce custom sizes from a technical drawing or sample. Pricing is quotation-based; share your drawing or dimensions and we will prepare an offer based on size, tolerance, material and quantity.
These are short, stout parts: 6–40 mm long, with no variant exceeding L/D 2. Rigidity is not the constraint here, repeatability is — 137 variants, machined in one setup, requiring 9× thread turning, 2× hex flat milling, 137× axial bore, 9× taper turning, 10× knurling.
Everything here is held to 12 tolerance classes (6g, H7, H7/e7, H7/e8, H7/f7, H8/u8, H9/e8, e7, g6, h6, h7, h8), and 100% of the variants map to a DIN or ISO standard.
Every part is CNC-turned to your drawing — series, small batches and custom turned parts. Send your drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP) for a quote.
Part Families
We manufacture in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Brass and bronze-based alloys are common for sleeve bearings, stainless steel for corrosive environments, and aluminum where light weight matters. We help you choose the best option based on the application and the mating surface material.
