Textile Machine Parts Manufacturing — CNC Swiss-Lathe Production
Yarn guide pins, bobbin shafts, tension cones, guide bushings and 14 families: 142 textile machine part types. ⌀3–20 mm CNC turning, ±0.01 mm precision, quote by drawing.
Manufacturing Scope
Textile machine parts are the precision turned components that guide, tension and locate the yarn path on weaving, knitting, twisting and dyeing-finishing machinery. This category holds 14 families and 142 part types in total: yarn guide pins, bobbin shafts, tension pins, guide bushings, needle-block pins, guide flanges, tension cones, shuttle pins, cam shafts, drive pins, adjustment bushings, tension pins, guide shafts and eccentric pins. Parts are machined from steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminium; yarn-contact surfaces are finished to a low-friction quality that does not abrade or fray the thread. Production runs on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe across a ⌀3–20 mm diameter range, with typical tolerances in the h6/H7 class and critical dimensions held to around ±0.01 mm. Beyond the 142 catalog types, we manufacture custom sizes and geometries from your technical drawing or sample. Pricing is on request: send your drawing and we will quote by material and quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which materials are textile machine parts made from?
We machine steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Yarn-contact parts such as guide pins, tension cones and guide bushings are usually made in wear- and moisture-resistant stainless steel or low-friction brass, while load-bearing parts like drive pins and cam shafts are made in steel. We choose the material together with you based on the part's function and its working environment.
What tolerances and precision do you work to?
Typical diameter tolerances are in the h6/H7 class, and for critical fit or bearing dimensions we hold around ±0.01 mm. Swiss-lathe technology delivers low runout and consistent diameters even on slender, long parts. State the tolerance on your drawing; if it is not specified, we suggest standard values suited to the part's function.
Do you manufacture custom sizes not in the catalog?
Yes. The 142 catalog types are a starting point; most work is produced to your technical drawing or sample. We can machine geometries such as yarn guide pins, bobbin shafts and eccentric pins within the ⌀3–20 mm diameter range true to your drawing. Send a sample and we will measure it and produce a matching part.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not enforce a strict minimum; we handle both single samples/prototypes and series production. Because each part carries a one-time machine setup cost, the unit price drops as quantity rises. After prototype approval, we offer a more favorable unit price for series volumes.
How do lead time and the quoting process work?
Send the technical drawing or sample by WhatsApp or email; we usually respond with a quote within 24 hours based on material, tolerance and quantity. Lead time depends on part complexity and volume; we give a firm date after approval. We have manufactured in Düzce since 2009 and ship both domestically and for export.
