We choose the material together with you based on the part's function and its working environment.
Typical diameter tolerances are in the h6/H7 class; ±0.01 mm is targeted on critical diameters. Swiss-lathe technology delivers low runout and consistent diameters even on slender, long parts. Send a sample and we will measure it and produce a matching part.
We do not enforce a strict minimum; we handle both single samples/prototypes and series production. Because each part carries a one-time machine setup cost, the unit price drops as quantity rises. After prototype approval, we offer a more favorable unit price for series volumes.
