Mold & Die Component Manufacturing — Ejector Pins, Guide Pillars and Locating Parts

Ejector pins, guide pillars, guide bushes and centering pins. ⌀3–20 mm in steel, stainless, brass; h6-H7 fits, ±0.01 mm. 134 types plus custom parts — request a quote.

Manufacturing Scope

Mold and die components are the precision-turned moving and locating internals of plastic injection, sheet-metal and die-casting tooling. This category spans 15 families and 134 types: straight, nitrided and shoulder ejector pins, sleeve ejectors, return and angled ejector pins, threaded-head and hex-drive ejectors, guide pillars and threaded guide pillars, guide bushes, centering pins, rest bushes, clamping pins and centering sleeves. We machine tool and cold-work steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium; ejector pins can be nitrided for surface hardness and wear resistance. Running surfaces target an h6 fit, bearing bores an H7 fit, with typical dimensional tolerances of ±0.01 mm. All parts are produced on a Goodway SW-20 Swiss-type lathe across a ⌀3–20 mm diameter range, suited to both tight-tolerance batch runs and single pieces. Alongside the 134 catalog types, we manufacture custom sizes from your technical drawing or sample. Process: send a drawing or part, receive our quotation (pricing is quote-based).

Frequently Asked Questions

How are ejector pins made and what tolerance do you hold?

We turn ejector pins from bar stock in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. The running body diameter is finished to a typical h6 fit and ±0.01 mm dimensional tolerance, with head and shoulder steps machined to your drawing. Nitriding can be applied for added wear resistance.

Which materials do you make mold components from?

We work in tool and cold-work steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. The choice follows the part's job: hardenable/nitridable steel for ejector and return pins, stainless where corrosion resistance matters, and brass for low-friction guiding applications.

Can you produce custom, non-catalog mold parts?

Yes. Beyond the 134 standard types, we manufacture custom diameters, lengths and head forms from your technical drawing or sample. Because the SW-20 ceiling is ⌀3–20 mm, any size in that range is practical; contact us for larger diameters.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We do not enforce a hard minimum and handle both single pieces/prototypes and series orders. Diameter, material, tolerance and quantity are assessed together to build a quote — pricing is quote-based, with no fixed list prices published on the site.

What is the lead time and how do I order?

Send your technical drawing or a sample by WhatsApp or e-mail; we return a quotation and lead time based on diameter, material, tolerance and quantity. We have manufactured in Düzce, Turkey since 2009 and ship both domestically and for export.
