We turn ejector pins from bar stock in a single operation on the Goodway SW-20 Swiss lathe. The running body diameter is finished to a typical h6 fit; ±0.01 mm is targeted on critical diameters, and head and shoulder steps are machined to your drawing. Nitriding can be applied for added wear resistance.
We work in tool and cold-work steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. The choice follows the part's job: hardenable/nitridable steel for ejector and return pins, stainless where corrosion resistance matters, and brass for low-friction guiding applications.
