Clevis Joint Pin is a Joint & Pivot Elements family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀7–18 mm, lengths 21–53 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MAFA-CLP-10T at 53 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6, M8, M10) and axial drilling (⌀1.6–3.2 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MAFA-CLP-08T: 44 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 3.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is MAFA-CLP-04 (⌀7 mm) and the largest MAFA-CLP-12 (⌀18 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
