Double-Threaded Ball Pin is a Joint & Pivot Elements family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀7–19.6 mm, lengths 23–50 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MAFA-TBP-12 at 50 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 10–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MAFA-TBP-05: 28 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 3.5. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is MAFA-TBP-04 (⌀7 mm) and the largest MAFA-TBP-10H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
