Manufacturing Scope
Electrode Holder Pin is a Electrodes & EDM Tips family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9.2–19.6 mm, lengths 18–44 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ELEA-HPN-14 at 44 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M5 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 8–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ELEA-HPN-07: 28 mm long at ⌀11.5 mm, L/D 2.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is ELEA-HPN-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest ELEA-HPN-14 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
