The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ELEB-CBS-12 at 32 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3.3–10.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ELEB-CBS-04: 18 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is ELEB-CBS-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest ELEB-CBS-12 (⌀18 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
