Pointed Spot Electrode is a Electrodes & EDM Tips family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 28–62 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ELEA-TPE-14 at 62 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and axial drilling (⌀3–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ELEA-TPE-05: 28 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 3.5. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is ELEA-TPE-05 (⌀8 mm) and the largest ELEA-TPE-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
