The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ELEB-GBS-10 at 29 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 10–17). Bores in this family run ⌀3–10.1 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ELEB-GBS-03: 16 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H6 tolerance; the smallest is ELEB-GBS-03 (⌀8 mm) and the largest ELEB-GBS-06H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
