Spot Welding Electrode Cap is a Electrodes & EDM Tips family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 18–45 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ELEA-SPC-14 at 45 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and axial drilling (⌀4–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ELEA-SPC-13: 42 mm long at ⌀18 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is ELEA-SPC-05 (⌀8 mm) and the largest ELEA-SPC-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
