ABS Pin is a Automotive Precision Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–12 mm, lengths 15–39 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OTOB-ABP-14 at 39 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OTOB-ABP-08: 25 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 4.2. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is OTOB-ABP-05 (⌀4 mm) and the largest OTOB-ABP-14 (⌀12 mm). The family includes tapered, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
