Connector Pin is a Automotive Precision Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–12 mm, lengths 20–32 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OTOB-CNP-12 at 32 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is OTOB-CNP-05: 20 mm long at ⌀3 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 6.7. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is OTOB-CNP-05 (⌀3 mm) and the largest OTOB-CNP-14 (⌀12 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
