Manufacturing Scope
Dosing Tip is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–19.6 mm, lengths 13–36 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZB-DOS-12 at 36 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6, M10), hex flat milling (AF 10–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀0.6–2.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZB-DOS-05: 20 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 2.5. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is NOZB-DOS-03 (⌀6 mm) and the largest NOZB-DOS-10T (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
