Manufacturing Scope
Mist Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6.4–19.6 mm, lengths 13–26 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZA-MST-08D at 26 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10), hex flat milling (AF 5.5–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀0.5–1 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZA-MST-03: 13 mm long at ⌀6.4 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZA-MST-03 (⌀6.4 mm) and the largest NOZA-MST-10 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
