Hollow-Cone Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8.1–19.6 mm, lengths 15–39 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZA-HCN-12 at 39 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 7–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀0.8–3 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZA-HCN-12: 39 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 2.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZA-HCN-04 (⌀8.1 mm) and the largest NOZA-HCN-12W (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
