Coolant Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀9.2–19.6 mm, lengths 21–57 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZB-COOL-10L at 57 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M5 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀2–5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZB-COOL-10L: 57 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 2.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZB-COOL-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest NOZB-COOL-12 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
