Manufacturing Scope

Tapered Jet Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8.1–19.6 mm, lengths 20–67 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZA-JET-12L at 67 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 7–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀0.8–2.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZA-JET-12L: 67 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 3.4. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZA-JET-04 (⌀8.1 mm) and the largest NOZA-JET-12L (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
