Manufacturing Scope

Mist Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀5–19.6 mm, lengths 19–37 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.

The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZB-MST-12 at 37 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀0.5–1.2 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZB-MST-04: 19 mm long at ⌀5 mm, L/D 3.8. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZB-MST-04 (⌀5 mm) and the largest NOZB-MST-12 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
