Manufacturing Scope

Grease Nozzle is a Nozzles family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 8 variants — diameters ⌀11.5–19.6 mm, lengths 24–45 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is NOZB-GRS-08L at 45 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6, M8, M10, M12), hex flat milling (AF 10–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀2–4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is NOZB-GRS-08L: 45 mm long at ⌀15 mm, L/D 3.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is NOZB-GRS-06 (⌀11.5 mm) and the largest NOZB-GRS-12 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
