Straight Connector Nipple is a Fittings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9.2–19.6 mm, lengths 19–36 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-STC-12L at 36 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀2.5–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-STC-05: 20 mm long at ⌀9.2 mm, L/D 2.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
