Threaded Fixing Pin is a Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–14 mm, lengths 22–69 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀14 mm bar stock; its longest variant is PIMA-TFP-12 at 69 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (7 sizes from M3 to M12). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is PIMA-TFP-05: 34 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 5.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is PIMA-TFP-03 (⌀4 mm) and the largest PIMA-TFP-12 (⌀14 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
