Sensor Target Pin is a Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–19.6 mm, lengths 14–43 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is PIMB-SNS-10H at 43 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10), hex flat milling (AF 10–17) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is PIMB-SNS-03: 14 mm long at ⌀3 mm, L/D 4.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is PIMB-SNS-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest PIMB-SNS-10H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
