PCB Spacer (Through-Hole Standoff) is a Spacers & Standoffs family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀5–12 mm, lengths 3–40 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAB-PCB-12 at 40 mm. Besides turning, the family requires axial drilling (⌀3.2–6.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAB-PCB-12: 40 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 3.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is ARAB-PCB-01 (⌀5 mm) and the largest ARAB-PCB-12 (⌀12 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
