Guide Bush is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 10–20 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKA-GBS-14 at 20 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M18). Bores in this family run ⌀5–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKA-GBS-05: 10 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to H7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is TEKA-GBS-05 (⌀8 mm) and the largest TEKA-GBS-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
