Guide Bush is a Mold & Die Components family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 25–60 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KALB-BRC-16 at 60 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀4–16 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KALB-BRC-04: 25 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 3.1. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is KALB-BRC-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest KALB-BRC-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
