Micro Bushing is a Medical & Dental Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀3–17 mm, lengths 5–19 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEDB-BSH-10 at 19 mm. Besides turning, the family requires axial drilling (⌀1.5–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEDB-BSH-01: 5 mm long at ⌀3 mm, L/D 1.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is MEDB-BSH-01 (⌀3 mm) and the largest MEDB-BSH-10 (⌀17 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
