Manufacturing Scope
Implant Abutment is a Medical & Dental Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4.5–9.2 mm, lengths 9.5–17.5 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀10 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEDB-ABT-10 at 17.5 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 5.5–8), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀1.6–3 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEDB-ABT-06: 14.5 mm long at ⌀6.5 mm, L/D 2.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is MEDB-ABT-01 (⌀4.5 mm) and the largest MEDB-ABT-10 (⌀9.2 mm). The family includes hex-drive, tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
