Manufacturing Scope
Implant Analog is a Medical & Dental Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4.5–9 mm, lengths 12–24 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀10 mm bar stock; its longest variant is MEDB-ANL-10 at 24 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling and axial drilling (⌀1.6–4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is MEDB-ANL-03: 15 mm long at ⌀5.5 mm, L/D 2.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is MEDB-ANL-01 (⌀4.5 mm) and the largest MEDB-ANL-10 (⌀9 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
