Throttle Nozzle is a Valve Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀9.2–20 mm, lengths 13–38 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is VALB-NOZ-20 at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (7 sizes from M5 to M16), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀0.8–5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is VALB-NOZ-20: 38 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is VALB-NOZ-05 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest VALB-NOZ-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
