Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURA-TRT-16 at 20 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀4–16 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURA-TRT-04: 8 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 1.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H8/u8 tolerance; the smallest is BURA-TRT-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest BURA-TRT-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
