Plain Sleeve Bushing is a Bushings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 6–30 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURA-DUZ-16L at 30 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀4–18 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURA-DUZ-16L: 30 mm long at ⌀19 mm, L/D 1.6. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7/e8 tolerance; the smallest is BURA-DUZ-04 (⌀6 mm) and the largest BURA-DUZ-18 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
