Insulation Bushing is a Bushings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 8–18 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless steel or brass). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURB-ISO-16 at 18 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–16.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURB-ISO-05: 10.5 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 1.1. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is BURB-ISO-03 (⌀8 mm) and the largest BURB-ISO-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
