Reduction Bushing is a Bushings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 10–25 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURB-RED-16F at 25 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀5–16 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURB-RED-05: 10 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is BURB-RED-05 (⌀8 mm) and the largest BURB-RED-16F (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
