The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURB-LUB-12F at 24 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀5–15 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURB-LUB-06: 14 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
