Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BURB-TPR-12F at 24 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀5–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BURB-TPR-05: 12 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 1.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is BURB-TPR-05 (⌀10 mm) and the largest BURB-TPR-14 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
